From London take the M23, A23 then take the A27 towards Newhaven and Lewes. At Falmer interchange take the B2123 into Rottingdean. Hotel is straight ahead on the seafront.Alternatively head for the City of Brighton get to the seafront and turn left (A259) and follow signs for Newhaven.
